The office staff was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me with the request I made, she helped me with one of the mailboxes outside the front office and was incredibly nice! The AC filter was changed promptly with a smile!!!!

I am very happy here so far. I love the pol and workout facilities, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great - far from the bustle of the strip but still close enough if friends are in town. Many nice restaurants and shopping opportunities within a 5-10 minute drive.

The property manager, is fantastic. I've heard horror stories about other landlords. She is always happy to help and work with tenants. She lives on the grounds so has a vested interest in making the community a lovely place. The maintenance guys are friendly and know their stuff. Calls are handled very quickly and efficiently.

Once our drier had stopped working so we put in a work order. The next day as I was showering I didn't hear the knock on the door. By the time I came out a new drier was installed and a courtesy card was left on the table. The only signs a maintenance ninja had been there. Location is prime. Right off the 215 and a short hop to the 95. Wells Fargo across the street, and Winco is about a mile away, along with the neighborhood Walmart. Stephanie-Sunset shopping hub starts about a mile after that.

They staff are all very nice people, they get any repairs needed done very quickly, and they keep the property looking great. The only kind of bad thing is that, depending on which building you live in, parking isn't great for guests. The back building have a TON of open parking but the the center and front buildings don't have much.

The apartment complex is very nice; the apartment is spacious and well designed. I especially enjoy the convenience of having a washer and dryer within my apartment. The pool and fitness room are great bonuses too. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance is on top of problems that come up.

Maintenance is prompt, management was helpful, ample parking for guests and extra cars, great amenities for the price, safe area, pet friendly, if anything needed fixing it was taken cared of ASAP, no issues with typical apartment bugs yet, overall a wonderful community!

I lived at Bella Terra for 7 great years. It's at an excellent location- by the 215 and US 95. Within a few miles is great shopping and good restaurants. Bella's staff is always helpful and courteous while the property is kept clean. They respond to any maintenance problems quickly. It is a great place if you have dogs as there's lots of grass for them. Overall, I was very happy living there!

I have lived at Bella Terra for two years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond to any concerns and will even come on Saturdays. The grounds are well kept. This is a great location, close to all amenities.

Very quiet and pleasant community that is surrounded by safe and comfortable places to grocery shop, get gas, etc. The move-in process was also a breeze and had the option of being done online which I loved! I haven't lived here long, but this was the most pleasant move-in experience I've ever had.

My family and I stopped by to take a look and truly fell in love with not only the property but with the girl in the office. She was so welcoming and friendly! She even included my kids talking to them asking different questions. That really touched my heart seeing someone finally including everyone not just my husband and me! We found our first home in Las Vegas! Everyone really needs and has to meet this amazing person!

I was impressed at how easy moving to this property was. The property manager was very helpful in completing the application process. She was also very good at explaining how much money was required to move in. The only issue I had was that I'm visually impaired, and there was no effort made to place me in a more convenient unit. Nevertheless, I'm quite pleased with my unit as a whole and the management's attitude in general I highly recommend Bella Terra apartments!

The move in experience was very easy and seamless. I needed a place within the week ant they were happy to accommodate. The apartment was cleaned before and after I signed the final paperwork. Great customer service. Had one maintenance issue upon move in and it was promptly solved within an hour.

I moved from vantage which is an exorbitant luxury apartment. Bella terra ripped up all their old carpet, replaced the bedrooms with new carpet, replaced all my counter tops, and put in laminate and new paint all in three days time. The aesthetics is really pleasing and beautiful. And I am no longer upset that I had to downgrade from vantage. I am accustomed to luxury and Bella Terra did a beautiful job. If something needs fixing they fix it VERY promptly.

I'm very pleased with Bella Terra! The overall move in process was sweet and I'm very pleased with the apartment and how quiet the community is. Everything I needed regarding information for cable, Internet, utilities etc. was provided to me. Didn't have to look up any of this information on my own. Coming from Florida the information was very helpful and I received services for all the above within 2-3 business days.

We love it here we've been lucky to have quiet neighbors. The complex is clean and the office staff is great. Maintenance is great. There is easy access to everything and the schools here are great. Apartment is beautiful. Convenient mail delivery and packages pick up.

Resident for 6 years, very pleased with how efficiently managed this complex is. Nice pool, exercise room, gated, safe to go for walks at any hour within the complex. The grounds are well kept, mowed, seasonal flowers; requests are handled promptly and the maintenance staff is very capable to handle our needs. I would recommend this complex to future residents.

I moved in about a year ago and I have nothing but good things to say about this community. My neighbors are great (I'm lucky I have quiet neighbors!). I love my apartment. It's clean and comfortable and I have not had any issues with bugs (the odd one here or there, but they will spray as soon as I see anything crawly). The gym and pool are nice and convenient and are often not crowded.

The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and professional. Work orders are completed in a timely and professional manner; they are very accommodating people. I never had an issue with appliances in the apartment. It was very clean when I moved in.

Bella Terra Apartments have been a safe and comfortable home for my family for the past 18 months. They are situated in a great location, convenient to shopping, transportation and dining. Their pet friendly atmosphere has been a great boon.

I love it here. The new upgrades to the gym are wonderful! Bella Terra is in a great location, close to a lot of amenities. The rents went up quite a lot recently, but so far I can still afford to live here. It's a nice community with good neighbors (or maybe I got lucky).

Very convenient in all aspects from the area to the people and especially the clubhouse. The staff was very pleasant and courteous along with the maintenance crew the neighbors’ very convenient clubhouse pool and spa area maintenance staff is very prompt and with me it's like same day service also easy access to all stores and shops property is very clean and well-kept.

The residents are friendly and conscientious. It is pet-friendly. I would recommend it to my friends as a safe and happy place to live. I have placed things outside on my porch and never had anything vandalized.

There are many families with children who live here, as well as, singles and couples. It is a welcoming atmosphere for all.

The Bella Terra apartments are an excellent community with great staff. The gated property is safe and clean for families of all ages. Every unit comes equipped with a balcony. There is a common barbecue pit near the Club house. The Bella Terra apartments are a great place to call home!

Bella Terra is a very well kept complex with responsive staff and a quiet neighborhood. The location is one of the most convenient for access to services and to transit by public service and by private vehicle. It’s a refreshing spot above the city.

This is the best apartment complex I have lived in since moving to Nevada. It is mainly because of the staff, first and foremost our manager who is so pleasant, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Next would be our maintenance staff that is also very pleasant, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. There was another very nice maintenance gentleman who also had those same qualities. It is because of these very nice people and the upkeep of Bella Terra, I have come to love my apartment!

I like my apartment very much, because of so many reasons that cause me to be very happy living here. First of all staff of Bella Terra apartment are extremely nice and kind and they will take of any issues almost immediately. And then shopping accessibility is absolutely wonderful; my Bank is just cross the street, and if I want to go to see a show in Las Vegas it just takes me a few minutes. Also I am very happy to look at Black mountain every morning.

I've lived here for almost one year now and am very pleased. I will be staying here for at least another year. It's clean and quiet. I've yet to have any problems with noise or upkeep. The staff and maintenance crew is top notch. If you like a quiet, clean environment and if you pay your rent on time, I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better community at this price range. The residents here typically stay a long time, the staff has been here for years--that says a lot.

I have had the best apartment living experience here at Bella Terra since I moved to Nevada in 2009. Unlike most apartments around this area, the walls have a gloss finish making it easy to wipe down and stay clean! This was a huge plus for me!!! I also do not see roaches and crickets everywhere outside come nightfall nor in my apartment. It's so refreshing that they keep the property up so well! I have wonderful neighbors all around me and enjoy the safety.

"No apartment complex is perfect but this one is pretty good. Staff is very responsive and friendly. There's a fitness center that is pretty well stocked. And a new dog park that's fenced in and they can go off leash. I'm pretty surprised how we barely hear any noise from upstairs neighbors and people seem nice and mostly professionals."
